EXTERNAL CLEANING: 4 doses on the Barista Clean brush
You will completely clean the steam wand, eliminating biofilm and preventing transfer between milk and plant-based beverages, as well as reducing the formation of germs.

CLEANING THE COFFEE AREA: 2-3 doses of liquid on a paper towel
By using a small amount of Barista Clean cleaning liquid on a paper towel or cloth, you can ensure a thorough cleaning of the entire coffee area and the exterior of the coffee machine.
Directions for use
Remove the top from the Barista Clean brush unit and add 4 pumps of cleaning liquid. Top up with water to 3/4 level. Put the top back on the brush unit and gently shake to mix well.
Every 1/2 hour, or more often if you wish, or after a heavy use session, put the brush unit over the steam wand and brush briskly up and down a few times. Wipe the steam wand dry with a clean cloth or paper and release a split second burst of steam to rinse the inside of the steam wand.
To improve the cleaning around your café area you can add 4 pumps of the concentrate liquid to your damp cleaning cloth regularly throughout the day.
A fresh cleaning solution in the brush unit will last approx 60 uses. Once the liquid loses all signs of bubbles and looks “flat” it is time to refresh with new solution.
Warnings
Causes serious eye irritation. Do not ingest.
First aid instructions
If in EYEs, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if wearing and continue rising.
If EYE IRRITATION persists, seek medical advice/attention.
